TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The client who is availing the personal stylist service should be above 18 years in age.
Personal stylist will be scheduling the appointment within 24 to 48 hours from the time customer selects the service. Stylist will connect to the customer through phone/WhatsApp for the appointment finalization.
Customer will be giving the time slots to the stylist after which stylist will schedule the call. For mall visit, customer can share his/her preferable time slot after which stylist will confirm the availability.
Style suggestions sent to customers are based on the information given to stylist by the customer. Stylist will not be practically responsible for any unfit, or if the suggested products is not available in the store/brands.
For rescheduling, customer needs to intimate stylist atleast 24 to 48 hours prior the session. For rescheduling, stylist can share his/her preferred timings for the revised session. If due to some scenario customer doesn’t go through the appointment, then customer can request to reschedule the service.
Customers will be whole and sole responsible for his/her belongings at the time of mall visit stylist cannot be held responsible for any lost property at the time of session.
Once the session is over and in case of any doubt, customer can connect to stylist for advice, but customer should make sure call doesn’t exceeds 5 minutes. Stylist can only provide the advice on the wardrobe showed by the customer or on the products purchased as per the stylist suggestions.
Timings and day of mall visit will be confirmed as per customer’s preference. Stylist can provide suggestions on products only for Oberoi Mall stores. Stylist will be meeting the customer at information desk after which he/she can continue with session. Customer has to pay the discussed additional consultation fees if the mall visit time exceeds.
